The Scots are Famous for Being a Bit Tight Fisted
The Scots it seems are experts at milking the system. The British government has announced that 9 out of 10 Scottish people are now living on the endless drip (the largess of the states). The Scots want independence from Britain, but it’s been calculated that a free Scotland could not afford the amount of welfare the Scots get in handouts from other British taxpayers. Tee hee.
