Diego Garcia
In the Aluna a few weeks ago, I saw a lot of activity on Diego Garcia, it’s a little island in the Indian Ocean about 1800 nautical miles east of Africa.
The British bought the island for £3 million in 1966, and they forcibly evicted 426 families of the Chagos tribe. The tribes people wanted the right to go to Britain but that was cruelly refused. They were shipped to Mauritius where 40 died of despair.
The Birt’s gave the island to the Americans so they could do bombing runs from it–bit putrid eh? The activity there suggests a coming war with American on the side of the Jews versus Iran. Stuart Wilde
