Sleepless Nights
If you can’t sleep because you are stressed out, or worried, or if the ghouls are attacking pressing against you, flip yourself upside down. Put your head down where your feet are and vice versa.
The effect of being the other way on the bed changes the polarity of your etheric, and usually you fall asleep in minutes after that. Seems to work. (Stuart Wilde)
