Margaret Thatcher

I’ve seen visions of Margaret Thatcher every day for the last several days. She was known as the ‘Iron Lady of British Politics’. She served as Prime Minister from 1979-1990. She was very conservative and hard. She fought with the trade unions and the Soviet Union.

Maybe her time has come. I don’t know, I didn’t see her fall.

I find her scary, there’s something very totalitarian about her. No heart, no feelings, just power trips and the ego-mind.

If we ever elected a leader with heart, people would ridicule them as weak. If she topples over, it would not be the worse day in the world, in my view. There is a tyranny in having no heart. (Stuart Wilde)
