They Hear the Sun

I first learned about the Solar Logos via a four-hour conversation with Trevor Ravenscroft, who wrote The Spear of Destiny. He saw it as the celestial light of the Returned Jesus that he said would come to the world to restore us all. Trevor had known Rudolph Steiner the Austrian mystic and Steiner had seen visions and he knew about the Logos.

Here is a clip of what Steiner wrote that a reader kindly sent me:

“They hear the Sun-Christ (IV, 15) in the surroundings of the Earth. Thus there is here revealed to the initiate the great secret of how the Earth, through Christ’s union with it, gradually becomes a new Sun.” {Steiner}

SW: We can hear the Logos it sounds like one of those Tibetan bowls when one goes round and round the rim with a stick. And it is definitely the new sun.

Then Steiner said:

“The rhythm of this day also points to this Mystery by connecting the activity of the spirits of nature – who are under the influence of the Moon – with the forces of the Christ-Sun; and the very mere linking together of the name of Christ – who since the mystery of Golgotha works as the Spirit of the Earth –with that of the Sun directs us powerfully to the great cosmic future of our planet.” {Steiner}

SW: Connecting the activity of the nature spirits seems 100% correct to me as the fawn I saw that I named She-She-La-La has directed the whole Returned Jesus (RJ) Solar Logos (SL) thing.

The RJ and Gaia are one and the same. In so much as he is here to save the animals and the planet, as well as offer redemption to the imperfection of our humanity. And the Mystery of Golgotha in my view is contained in the view I had of him on the cross, I saw how he silently controlled everything from there while seemingly being motionless and dead.

Steiner: “But there is still another Mystery connected with the rhythm of this day. It is the Mystery of the Moon-sphere, the Moon Logos, which, as the reflected radiance of the great Sun Logos, inspired all the pre-Christian wisdom of humanity. Today, however, when through the Mystery of Golgotha the Sun Logos Himself has entered into the development of the Earth, it is necessary, with his help, to take up the wisdom of the Moon Logos – which also bears within it all the ancient wisdom of humanity – and transform it. Spiritual science is called upon to lay the foundations for this process”.

In a lecture in Penmaenmawr on 29 August 1923, Rudolf Steiner went on to say “But what once existed continues; so it is not that the Ancient Moon wisdom, the ancient Moon Logos, can cease to be, but that it must continue. It will, however, have to be taken up by the Sun Word, which now also, after the disappearance of the last heritage of Gnosticism, must again be found.”

(Cont) “But in order today to find the Sun Word anew and to reveal its secrets to human beings, one has to reach that stage in initiation, which on the ancient, pre-Christian path was called the stage of the ‘Christophorous.”

Rudolf Steiner depicts this stage of initiation in a lecture given in Dornach on 21 April 1924. He describes the so-called ‘Moon-Sun Mysteries’ of the pre-Christian era, in which the pupil penetrated into the secret of the relation of the forces of Sun and Moon, and at the same time perceived how the human etheric body is formed from the planetary forces of the Moon-sphere. “And it was at this level of initiation that the human being became a Christ-bearer – that is, a bearer of the Sun Being – not one who receives the Sun being into himself but one who bears it. Just as the Moon itself when full is a bearer of the sunlight, so did the human being become a bearer of Christ, a Christophorous. “ {Steiner}

SW: This above is so close to what we observed happening when we watched the three Hindu gods, Shiva, Kali and their son Kalki go to the moon for five days for a union with it and then on to the sun for five days and then back to earth. (sw)

Steiner: “Today, however – after the Mystery of Golgotha – the initiate can become not only a ‘Christ-bearer’, but also ‘one who receives into himself the Christ, which for the mystic of antiquity was not yet possible, for Christ had not yet united himself with the Earth. Now, however, when this union had indeed taken place, Christ no longer approaches the human being from without, from the heights of the Sun, but from within the soul, from the holy of holies. For He is present, since the Mystery of Golgotha, in the higher ‘I’ of every human being, so that the initiate who rises to an awareness of this becomes in reality ‘one who receives into himself the Christ’.”

SW: Again, this seem very right as we see the RJ and the Mystery of Golgotha potentially in everyone as an energy that Steiner calls the Christ-bearer.

Watching the Solar Logos unfold is illuminating as it has so much to teach us. For example we can evoke the trees to fight on our side. Many things. (sw)
