General Information

We arrive in Quito/Ecuador the day before the event. Then the next morning at 10:00AM the bus takes us from Quito to the hacienda in the countryside, which is about 120 minutes away. We are there for four nights during which there will be three ayahuasca ceremonies.

Hotel in Quito

We are all staying at a first-class hotel in Quito. The price of that first night at the Quito hotel is included in the price of the workshop but the final night in Quito is not included as many of you will fly out that evening.

Additional nights at this hotel can be booked at a discount deal we have there at USD 90 (plus 22% local taxes) per night for a single room and USD 100 (plus 22% local taxes) for a twin or double room.

The Hacienda

The Spanish colonial Hacienda is located about two hour's drive from Quito. It is set in the Andean Highlands at an altitude of about 2,700 m. It is on a large and secluded property with picturesque views of the surrounding mountains and countryside.

The package is single occupancy and most rooms have their own fireplaces. Of course, if you are coming with a partner there are many double rooms available.

The Ayahuasca Ceremonies

There are three Aya' ceremonies in four nights and during the day, we will periodically hold a lecture/discourse on the events. If you want to talk to me one-on-one I am often there for some or part of the sessions to speak to participants if they want to talk privately.

Transport to and from the Hacienda

The bus to and from Quito leaves from the hotel at 10:00AM to the Hacienda, the cost is included in the package and it returns to Quito on the final day leaving the hacienda at 1.00PM to arrive at the hotel in Quito by 4.00PM.

Couples may share a room but please note that there is no discount for couples as we exclusively book the whole hacienda for the length of each Ayahuasca workshop.

• 1 night's accommodation (Bed and Breakfast) at Quito Hotel on the night before the workshop
• Bus transfer from Quito (hotel meeting point) to the Hacienda
• 4 night's accommodation and all meals at the hacienda

It is essential that you arrive in Quito the day before the workshop commences, so that you can rendezvous with the transportation leaving the Quito hotel for the hacienda, so:

  Arrive no later than November 2nd
• Workshop 2 (November 10th-14th, 2009)
  Arrive no later than November 9th
• Workshop 3 (November 17th-21st, 2009)
  Arrive no later than November 16th
